Concept, Programming & Site Planning

Concept, Programming and Planning occur as a process, a logical sequence of actions or events that must be carried out to arrive at a viable solution.  It is a multi-disciplinary problem-solving operation often involving architects, engineers, government, private business, investors, real estate advisors, and other specific consultants depending on the nature of the project. It requires a logical objectivity for some steps, but also allows room for creative ideas, open minded dialogue, and business rationale.  Planning is both an intellectual and social process. Initial assessment and identification of key issues allow for preparation of a well thought strategy and execution.

We start with simple and immediate questions: How the site will be used? Is the site relevant? Is this a fit for a local community? Will it provide the ultimate user experience? Will it work for the ownership, investors and partners? As we get our answers through careful research and analysis, we go on to strategic plan, which outlines the proposal and key elements of design.
